Marina Fiesta is located on beautiful Riviera Nayarit, nestled between Paradise Village and Occidental Resort.

Corner unit with stunning views of the ocean tides and 2 large swimming pools with full beach access. Complete with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Shopping plaza directly across the street with plenty of restaurants within walking distance or short taxi ride. Daily housekeeping provided. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV (smart TV). There is also an onsite restaurant and small convenience store.

A $25.00 USD ($450 Pesos) one time charge is paid at the lobby during check-in for initial linens (bedsheets, bath towels). Any exchanges during your stay will come with a nominal exchange fee. There is a mandatory fee, called FORE, of $100 peso per person (12 years old and older) per day that is paid at check out to cover the initial cleaning of the condo and also daily cleaning service. Pool / beach towels are $29 pesos per towel per towel exchange.

At check-in there will be a $3,000 Peso security deposit that can be placed on a Visa, MasterCard or cash. This amount is credited back at check-out net of any charges/damages.

Please note that after the initial cleaning (before check-in), the housekeeper does not clean the kitchen daily. If the kitchen is left in a dirty state, there will be a $300 peso cleaning fee at check-out.

Yes, the location is the best. view is the best with porch balcony overlooking the bay, and wall of windows in bedroom looking at bay and palm trees. 2 bathrooms was handy. comfortable couches. didn't use the pool because the beach is so nice with many chairs and tiki huts. best beach for boogie boarding. convenient to groceries across the street and a Starbucks and collectivos for transportation. Market down the street on Tuesdays. Fresh cold water machine with replaceable jug is in the room and lasts about a week. decent kitchen. Front office doesn't speak English and checked us in one hour late. We will be back next year.

Tony is a very good host. Great communication from booking to checkout. The location of this accommodation is very good. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Directly across from a plaza that has a grocery store and restaurants but why you are on vacation is for the beach. This unit looks directly out to the ocean. Watch the sun set every night as you enjoy all the amenities.

So beautiful and peaceful!

We find most areas of Puerto Vallarta noisy and crowded. This condo in Nuevo Vallarta is located right on the most beautiful quiet and peaceful beach in the area. You will seldom be harrased by vendors walking the beach selling things and you will always find a nice quiet private palapa and charis to spend your day on the beach. The condo itself is on the 4th floor right on the beach side of the property. You will hear the waves and feel the cool ocean breezes all night. The cnodo does a good job with security and enforces its nighttime noise policies. If you are looking for a peacful, quiet vacation in paradise this is the place. This was our 3rd trip here and I can't wait to return.

Great location on a wonderful beach. Property is worn down and very dated, but with an excellent layout allowing for a nice breeze so that there was no need to turn on air conditioning at all. The sound of the ocean waves at night are very soothing. If I were the owner, I’d at least buy new dishes and pots and pans. There is no dishwasher and the pots were all rusty, the non-stick pans all scratched and generally the dishes were pretty disgusting. Luckily we were there only a little longer than one week, so skipped cooking all together, but had we stayed longer that would have been an issue. The owner was very responsive and accommodating about everything we asked, but we didn’t mention the dishes. I hope this helps.

What a beautiful condo! As soon as we walked through the door the view was just incredible. The condo was bigger than it appeared in the photos. It had everything we needed for our 7 nights. The two bathrooms were nice, the patio was beautiful, the pools were never crowded. We left the windows open at night to hear the waves, super cool experience it was like we were on the beach without the sand. Tony was a great host and easy to contact, we didn’t have any problems I just wanted to tell him how incredible his place is. It was easy to find palapas every day, the waiters for the beachside restaurant were prompt and kind. The security staff were present but not overbearing. The rest of the staff were nice and always had a smile. I have nothing bad to say, I really hope we get the opportunity to come back.

Paradise!

We loved Tony’s condo and can’t wait to go back next year! The views from the balcony are incredible, and also from the king size bedroom. At night we turned off the AC units and opened the windows for amazing cross breezes and slept to the sound of the ocean surf. Having a water cooler in the unit was such a bonus, as was having a great tv with Netflix to watch a show after the sun went down. Staff at the complex are amazing- they were so helpful and friendly! Tony was always just a quick email or phone call away if we had any questions. Special shout out to Jaime in concierge and our maid Griselda. We can’t wait to go back!

Best Balcony Ever!

Loved, loved, loved the location. Right across from a Mall with everything you need, fantastic walk to market on Tuesdays, walk to great restaurants, close to all kinds of wonderful day trips and excursions, fantastic beach, very nice property that is well maintained. Unit has everything you need, a true home away from home. Very good space but it's the view from the balcony that makes it amazing!

Love being here, however….please advise of maintenance

We have stayed here before and love the relocation, the room, the beach, etc…only this time for the last 2 days we were subjected to the building being painted. There was extreme noise from chipping and scraping, lack of privacy on the 4th floor and our beautiful deck with littered with what was very likely lead paint chips, and our cushions were soaked, making our favorite spot unusable for the last 2 days. If we knew this was going to take place, we would have shortened our stay and moved somewhere else for those past two days…also, a side note, the reception desk speaks and understands very little English. We had not hot water, and they never sent anyone up to fix it until late the last night we were there. This was only after the owner, Tony, called them. It was off, and should have been turned on upon our arrival. We will return some day when the paint drys.

Property was as advertised. Although the microwave wasn’t working we managed without it. Couple other issues but Tony took care of them as quickly as he could. Will definitely tent this property again.

As nice as we remembered it

We've stayed at Tony's apartment in the past - it's still a beautiful place in a great location (see my previous reviews). One thing to note: don't rely on the internet if you need to do work - while in the past we had no issues, this time the modem was broken and it took the company 5 days to fix it. Tony was very responsive, but often things move slower in Mexico. The lobby had good internet, but it was hot and mosquitos and bugs got a feast off me while I worked outside. Another thing we noticed: our previous stays had been in December or earlier in June. The complex at the end of July was a lot more crowded, with MANY Mexican families enjoying their school break. This made the place louder than in the past - families loved their music at the beach, despite the complex's restrictions on loudspeakers. Still, we were able to find quieter places along the beach (though the pools were always crowded).

We had a really nice time the place is outdated for sure. It is as clean as it can get I’m sure. The place is really convenient however there is construction next door and it was loud during the day. The building need some TLC but it was had a really great view.

Real gem!

Amazing location. The view from the balcony is to die for. The supermarket is across the street for simple and inexpensive food. The restaurant on site is just ok, but very convenient. Half an hour on a taxi to the Malecon. The only minus was constant noise in the room during the day from the remodeling going on on the property. Thank you Tony!

Paradise Village stay

This is a well run older property. Likely one of the 1st properties built in the area and is very professionally operated. The front desk staff were very helpful and there was always someone there who spoke English. The only odd thing was that there was no bedding other than sheets. Maybe it did indicate this on the listing but we were surprised that we had to go buy our own blankets as it was a bit cool at night during our stay. But it was a pleasant stay in a great location. I gave it 5 stars for a 3 star property.... but we new that going in. We would definitely stay again.

A place to relax and enjoy sunrises & sunsets

My husband and I took at risk to travel during these pandemic challenging times. We looked for a place that would gives us the comfort of feeling safe and relaxed. We certainly found it at this place. It was quiet enough that we felt safe and very conveniently located. It gives us the luxury to enjoy the endless beach with all its beauty. The restaurant attached to the complex was an extra bonus. We would certainly go again. We recommended it to a couple who were staying at the resort next door, they too were looking for a quiet place with nice pools, so they booked for next year. Tony, the owner was very helpful, the information he provided made things easier for us.

Great Location for Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in this well located condo. There were a few issues with the TV not working, and electricity went off a couple of times, and old batteries in the remotes, and a few cracked tiles around the tub. However, we thoroughly loved sitting on the balcony, and had fabulous views from there and the bedroom. I think we were the only non Mexicans staying here, and we don't speak Spanish, and most people there don't speak English. This made our vacation more authentic. It was great that we could walk to the mall across the street with restaurants, stores and a grocery store. The beach is incredible there as well. We extended our stay and hope to return soon!

Uncertain Times

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this resort. Love the resort. yes its older. but still great to go to. the convenience of the Paradise Village Mall is so helpful! Restaurants, Starbucks, Sunset Market! The condo we had has the most amazing view, great condo - we were there at the start of the Covid 19 epidemic - everyone was cleaning everything and were so helpful. the staff was very diligent on cleaning the condo - when everyone one was worried they were calm and helpful on everything - thanks to the staff and support staff in Mexico - would recommend this resort every ttime
