Pros: Beautiful ocean view. Beach access right at hotel. Multiple outdoor pools and bars. Variety of food options including buffet. Amenities for families with children such as daycare and designated kid pool area. The junior suite that we stayed in was quite spacious with large bathroom. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping came everyday to make our bed, replace towels, and clean. Shout out to Teresa the bartender, she was wonderful and did a great job serving everyone. Easy and affordable to request taxis and Ubers for transportation to activities and airport. Cons: Due to the hot humid weather, the hotel rooms were quite moist and made the bed sheets feel almost wet all the time so it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. The rooms that my family stayed in, heavily smelled like mold. The hotel was kind enough to let them switch rooms. I think the hotel would benefit greatly from having dehumidifiers in their rooms because there’s so much moisture and condensation that builds up which is probably why they have a mold issue. Also, there isn’t a real blanket on the bed, only two really thin flat sheets. There is an extra blanket in the closet but it’s thin and quite scratchy fabric. The one in our closet smelled like it hadn’t been washed in awhile so we went to a nearby Walmart to purchase an affordable comfy blanket. The pool water was VERY warm, not ideal. Weak shower pressure. Overall, it was an okay stay. I wouldn’t stay here again due to mold issue.

The very unique was the cockroaches everywhere into the rooms, into the food in dining areas, have of the food expired or spoiled ( specially into the sushi restaurant , it’s less then a 2stars resort , I’ll definitely not recommend this one to anyone plus, will hire the professional bloggers to create a commercial with all photos I’ve got & definitely will not using your site for vacation!!!!!!!!

Only two negative items - bartenders were non-existent in beach area. Upgrade pools with icing and heating system

The resort was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Very good dining options and lots of activities everyday both for kids and adults.

It's a very good hotel but it's not a palace. Riu Palace you can tell the difference.

the last day was Cockroach on the bed I went to manger they said we can't do nothing you have to contact online and I did 2 weeks ago no one responds back not even said sorry for what happened WE left the room we stayed out because of that happened
