I recently made a reservation at this hotel for two nights for my family. However, I immediately learned that my family had already booked accommodations elsewhere. Within few minutes of making the reservation, I contacted the hotel to cancel and refund. Unfortunately, no one responded. Even Expedia attempted to call and message the property multiple times, yet the hotel still did not reply. Despite the immediate cancellation request, the hotel refused to offer any courtesy consideration. They did not waive the charges, nor did they provide even a partial refund. They didn’t even responded to messages or calls from Expedia and me. According to their own cancellation policy, they could have charged for just one night, but instead I was charged the full $257 for two nights, even though I never stayed at the property. I’ve experienced a similar situation in Delhi in the past where a hotel turned out to be a scam, and a taxi driver had to help me find a safe place to stay. This situation felt very similar. If this is a legitimate hotel, it is concerning that they do not answer calls or messages from guests or from Expedia. I’m sharing my experience so others can be cautious and protect their safety and money. Please be careful when booking with this property or any other property in Delhi. Full of Scammers.

breakfast was good with all sort of varieties, hospitable staff, clean room and bathrooms , did not use spa . Was there only for one day.

Breakfast was great. I was worrying about the spiciness of the food, but it was exactly matching the preferences of customers. Special thanks to assigned to our room staff for her amazing support with the accomodation and arranging all tour requests fast and perfect!!!
