If you have a lot of luggage -this place is not for you. You unload your car - then go park at some garage close by. It is inconvenient. The rooms are poorly designed. Windows are open - there is a table in front of it so inconvenient to close the window - room is poorly ventilated - so we had the heater on - windows open - turned in the AC as well.

Clean room, staff was very nice. Excellent location. Walking distance from train station and to the city Centre. Safe and clean area. Breakfast is a bit limited with no made to order eggs. Deli meats also had no chicken option.

I didn't actually get to stay here because of a system glitch that occurred in August 2024 when I made the reservation- it was in the Expedia system but not the hotel's. The hotel was fully booked when we arrived and I just wanted to share about the incredible customer service we received. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves 5 stars. She was very apologetic, ensured we were kept comfortable with water supplied and made numerous phone calls to find out what had happened and then to find us a room with breakfast, at their partner hotel about 5 minutes away, honouring the same price from the original reservation.
