Not the best stay we had the worst sleep. the Ac wasn’t working and staff had no alternative for us, the hotel is on a very busy street so even with the windows barely open it was very noisy.

Don’t get room by the train tracks

Nice hotel, close to city center, but the room was extremely hot and told front desk about the blower was not working, and possibly due to language barrier said ohh well, open window and it will cool off. Problem was the window was literally right next to train track, screeching brakes, Horns, and locomotives kept us up all night. My children had the room next door and their room was cool. Their air handler was Working.

Just Right

We arrived after taking the early Ryanair flight from Stansted.! We received a warm welcome and given our rooms straight away, which was a blessing as we are no longer in the prime of life. The breakfast was excellent, beds very comfortable and big shower and safe with sensible safety rails, but modern. Great location close to City Walls and Railway station. We travelled to Bamburgh by train.

Good location

Very comfortable stay, short walk to the main station which takes you directly to the airport within 20 minutes. Close to the old town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast in hotel is good and staff are very attentive and friendly.

The wifi is basically unusable. Used multiple devices, could not stay connected for longer than 2 minutes. Otherwise the hotel was clean, neat, with helpful staff.

Great staff

Really friendly staff who always greeted you with a smile! Room was good for the price, great location, a five minute walk into the city centre and a short walk to the old town. Great transport links close by. Only issue we had is the heating didn't work very well, everything else was great value for money!

Just 2 min from train station

Nice hotel, nice location and nice room. 2 Minutes from the train station. If i stay again i would book without breakfast. I think it is too basic for the price-better to go to train station and have a good coffe and something from bakery.

Good location

Close to train station (could just roll luggage on sidewalk to it; no taxi needed) in a row of hotels. Just a block or two from many restaurant/shopping options (the city center area), and a 10-15 min walk from "Old Town" The room was very small for my family of 4. But even though it's on a busy street they have amazing soundproofing and it was the quietest hotel room I've stayed in in a while.
