Ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn unexpectedly and from the time we walked in it was just spectacular. The staff were so accommodating to every and any request. The rooms were super spacious aswell, comfy bed, large tv for downtime. My favourite part though was the ability of the staff to adjust during Nyepi (Silent Day), there were multiple times I saw staff not being treated nicely by other guests and they handled themselves with such grace and understanding when they didn’t need to. I will be coming back to this property. The only note I have is that I think an experienced bartender is needed, some of the cocktails were undrinkable e.g the Martini was just straight alcohol, they staff at the bar though were super nice and understood the concerns. Buffet breakfast was above average, would be exceptional if hash browns were added lol.

Room was spotless and 10/10. However it’s not a resort and there’s no connected beach. It’s a simple hotel that does the job. If you want a luxury stay then stay at one of the beach facing hotels. But otherwise for 2-3 nights it’s fine. Toilets modern best water pressure in Bali.

room is clean and tidy, staffs are polite. but the water pressure is way to weak to a good shower. and the concierge service is too slow. we also have the add-on buffet dinner, the quality and options of food needs lots of improvement, not worth the price, the water drop from the air con on top of each dinning table is another problem.
