The staff was so very nice. Good location for beach and tourist attractions, 10 minutes drive. Very good breakfasts and social hours, thoughtful to provide. TV remote issues, could use a few touch ups and Definitely clean the carpets in rooms. My white socks were almost black by the next morning.

The hotel was in a nice spot and quiet. Upon entering our room there was unpleasant odor and it was very hot. I could not get the air temp to reach 68 throughout my entire stay. I did not inform the front desk. My fault! The hotel clearly has a towel shortage because getting towels daily was an issue. The hotel staff were very nice, fast check-in, and great customer service. Just fix the air, clean the rooms so they don’t have leftover pet or human odors, and have more towels available for guests! Food was good! Pool looked nice. Elevator was slow and always backed up but that can be overlooked if everything else is fine.

Tv not working, stayed two nights they didn’t fix it. Couch was filthy, didn’t service room 1st night, inexpensive ring was missing. Pool area was kept well, breakfast offering was good and staff was friendly.

Our stay was great to the point we stayed an extra day. There were two minor things that happened. The system was down so I had to leave copies my debit card & ID. Our room had water on the floor by the window & we was told that we could switch rooms I told them it was okay b/c we were settled. Apparently the guests before had a cooler in the room that wasted water, overall we were pleased. The staff very pleasant. We will be visiting again.

System was down our entire stay (four nights and five days) they had to take a photo copy front and back of my credit card and my drivers license to run later when system was back up. I was not at all comfortable with that but couldn’t check in without it. Then when I went to check out and asked for a receipt so I could make sure I had proof of what they were going to charge my card they said can’t give you a receipt system still down. How in the world in today’s world is your system down for five days with no idea when it’s coming back up. Just seemed so unprofessional and janky. They do not service rooms on the weekend so if you run out of anything or need trash taken you are doing it yourself. Our phone didn’t work in our room so even if they had service we couldn’t have called for anything. There gym is not a gym it’s 3 older pieces of cardio equipment, two bench’s and some weights which they don’t even have matching weights (so if you want to use two ten pound weights your out of luck). Overall the place is clean and in a decent location. Close to Walmart, Target and restaurants and only 16 mins drive (due to traffic) to beach. I don’t have any complaints about staff everyone was nice especially the five times we had to go to the front to ask for towels and replacement trash bags so we could take our trash out. In saying all this I personally will not seek out another Staybridge hotel in future. Our stay was a running joke with a friend who stayed there as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. Due to a thunderstorm the previous night, the WiFi was out but other than that, no complaints. Nice property and the room was spacious & clean but not as big as I imagined for a suite. However it worked for my partner & I.

Absolutely horrible! My whole family vacation was ruined and they refuse to reimburse me for it!! They offered points! My family and I checked in May 24th and checked out May 26th! The whole time there was no WiFi! The televisions didn’t work, the stoves in the kitchen didn’t work( I bought food for nothing), there was no propane, besides when we first got there our room had NO ELECTRICITY!! Everything that was promised as part of the room stay was a lie! And then I was told by the manager Rebecca that there is no corporate office to contact! She told me that they would just refer me back to her! She even had the never to ask me did I alert hotel staff there was no propane?! I do not work for the hotel that is not the guests job!! Why is hotel staff not in rotation monitoring that! Everything is up to the customer to do! The elevator was Also broke when we first arrive! Mind you there is only one elevator so you wait 5mins for it! I do not recommend staying here! I took a lot of financial losses on top of paying $624.00 for the room! And I wasn’t the only guest that stove didn’t work or tv didn’t work! Do not stay here!! I need someone from the corporate office to contact me! I want a full refund! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD FAMILY VACATION YOULL DO BETTER AT MOTEL 6! THE PISS POOR MANAGEMENT MAKES IT WORSE! Rebecca you need to find another job you can’t manage worth crap

Good one night stay

My family of 3 stayed overnight after a long day at the water park and amusement park OWA. Staff was friendly and hotel was nice.The room had a smell to it. It’s like an odor was coming from the carpet. The beds were comfy. Towels and rags clean. No old strands of other peoples hair or anything. The tub had a few rust spots here and there. But overall the stay was good. Breakfast had nice options and the food tasted pretty decent. The breakfast staff was very attentive and constantly kept checking and cleaning the breakfast station. Overall a good stay I just did not like the smell of the carpet.
