This three story townhouse is very clean and spacious. Our host was easy to communicate with, non-intrusive. Great view of a nearby pet friendly ball park and San Francisco from rooftop patio. Windows are easy to open to catch a breeze on warm days. And fans are available.The townhouse is connected to and sets among six others with a common center paved courtyard for garage access. Though garage parking is not available, there is an abundance of street parking. It is right on Telegraph Avenue, within walking distance of Temescal food spots, and a Whole Foods. Access to Highway 24 is about half a mile away. Berkeley is a short distance in the other direction with another Whole Foods and Berkeley Bowl.
