We had a nice stay here! It’s a lovely spot. When the weather is good, the outdoor space is glorious. The kitchen is well equipped and the host responsive.

Neighborhood is beautiful! Excellent communication with the owner! Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee, shops, a fun burger joint, and lots of other things. Walking distance to UC Berkeley. Apartment was extremely comfortable, well appointed, very spacious and the access to the park-like backyard was fantastic and serene. Owner and family are SO lovely - they kindly left a bottle of wine, refrigerator stocked with beverages and even a meal in the freezer. Could not more highly recommend this stay. Look forward to staying here again and again.
