The room was falling apart. We had to use 2 remotes to work the tv, the water pressure was horrible, the bed wasn’t mounted to the wall, mattress was old and beyond the point of being trashed, there was maintenance being done so it sounded like someone was going to break in at any second, the staff was RUDE and on a power trip rather than helping and being informative, the list goes on and on. Save your money and DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Small fridge but no microwave but the microwave in the lobby was available 24/7. The staff uses the microwave to heat up their lunches. Staff was neither rude nor warmly welcoming. Neutral. I got to the hotel a little past noon and was told room won't be available till 3 but he got me in by 145pm.

Well, the room was clean, but I asked for an extra blanket. They said yes, but never got it. The Internet comes and goes. The TV comes and goes. You’ll be watching a show and every show I watched would stop to download and continue minutes later so it was disappointing. One thing I did like was free parking that’s it that’s all I have to say wasn’t impressed

Five star for the location of the hotel. The room is quite nice except there is no closet to put/hang my clothes. However, because of the wood floors, I can hear every single person walking in the corridor outside my room, as well as the rooms adjacent to me. I was not able to sleep because there are people walking around even in the middle of the night, at 3am. Only because of that, I will not be staying here again.

check in was quick and easy and parking was great! however, room came with some issues. curtain covering glass front door had some stains, only had 1 towel set in room, remote was malfunctioning, bathroom door was malfunctioning and ventilation was poor. not having a window to open without exposing room was a bit odd. honestly, would still book if i need quick stay in the bay because the bed wasn't too bad ahahaha and good parking is always a plus

Everything about the stay was poor from check in to check out. Check in was supposed to be at 3, room wasn’t ready until 4. Asked for a late checkout due to the hour it took for the room to be ready, and the receptionist said she would make note of a late check out, and we were still interrupted by housekeeping 45 min before our “late checkout.” Receptionist seemed flustered and had no solutions to solve any problem we had. No hairdryer in room, cabinets and shower shelving ripped out of the walls, lack of body wash and hand soap. When we returned to the room in the evening after leaving, there was a spider on the bed. Will not be returning.
