Everything great, except they sent a Holiday Inn van to pick up passengers at the Oakland Airport instead of a Springhill Marriott Shuttle, which had me waiting about 30 minutes to get to the hotel, which was only abut 3 minutes away.

Our room was large and nice, and very clean, as were the bed and pillows which were also very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, and good-sized, with ample counter top space to set up personal toiletries. The hallways on our floor were nice and wide, clean and properly well lit. Hotel staff at reception were also nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oakland Airport, and will not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
