You will find all the relaxation and peace at the farmhouse. The property is 8 acres with wonderful views and a high chance of seeing wildlife. You'll here the ducks at the pond if you decided to sit out on the porches or the deer walking thru. Whether you are in the area for work, traveling with your family, or solo trip you will enjoy your trip.

The house is stocked with the essentials when it comes to bedding, towels, and dishes. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a twin air mattress that can be placed in the living room. The two chairs in the living room are recliners and the table can be folded out to fit four people.

This house is situated between Dallas and Houston. As well as surrounded by many smaller towns with shops and attractions.

If you need cleaning during your stay it is available for $25 each cleaning.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Very well kept, peaceful place. We enjoyed the country setting with the cows, horses and ducks in the pasture next to the tiny home. Packed with all the amenities you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, and plenty of cozy blankets.

Much nicer in person than the pictures. Had a hiccup with the heater but roshell was very responsive in resolving and great with communicating from the beginning. Will stay again when in town.

Serene is no exaggration, quiet & peaceful both day & night! Be sure to pickup supplies before you get there, as there's really no place close by to get groceries. House was clean & cozy, owner was very thoughtful in making sleeping and sitting areas comfortable!
