Very bad experience

I didn't stay in this apartments, there wasn't parking. it wasn´t a hotel, it were apartments... very bad the atitud of the owner, a old woman. I had to look a hotel imnmediatly, my family was very tired... very bad experience wit you.

Instalaciones muy deterioradas, no contaban con agua caliente, la puerta del baño no cerraba y servicio muy mediocre, no tenían ni mi reservación a la mano y me dieron una habitación que estaba a la mano y sucia aún, personal de limpieza tardado y se pone a comer cuando la mandan a limpiar la habitación.

No respetaron mi reservación, me dejaron varada en un fin de semana largo en donde más del 80% del lugar estaba reservado y la dueña del lugar muy grosera me dijo que el problema era de la agencia no de ella.
