Honestly Carlo and his wife were amazing!!! I can say that without a doubt, their knowledge, kindness, and expertise made our experience so much more enjoyable. Very nice place to stay if you're looking for something quaint. The room that I stayed in was small but comfortable. No A/C but the fan was enough to keep everything cool. The shower head initially was leaking, but they came a replaced it the following day that I informed them of this which was awesome. The provide water and a shared kitchen area. The location is also quite convenient; not a far walk into the centre.

Me gusto mucho, el personal muy amable y atentos. Cerca del centro pero lo suficientemente retirado para dormir a gusto. En definitiva volvería a hospedarme, solo tomen en cuenta que no tiene aire acondicionado. Pero lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Fantastic place to stay

Bokatrip Xochimilco suggested several tours and helped organize them seamlessly. They were always quick to respond to my questions, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the online staff was readily available, and the location was excellent.

A wonderful room to stay in. No staff on site, but staff were attentive and quick when there was a small problem to be fixed. Very nice room, with lots of light and a good bed. Highly recommended, great value!

I asked for a kettle and they got one which is much appreciated. The hot water in the shower is too hot and it is difficult to adjust. The result is that I believe too much water is used. One morning the hot ran out. spending some time cleaning the shared areas better would be appreciated. The surfaces are clean but the dish drain and cover for waste are skipped.
