Exceptional, quality, luxury are a few words that come to mind when I think of our time spent here. From the attentive check in, to keeping the kitchen open so we could dine, every one was superbly prepared to do their jobs to a level far superior than other luxury hotels. Light system over-engineered and functionally problematic. First night unable to turn off lights without shutting down all power in the room. Hotel concierge wasn't even able to fix this. Tv in the bothroom vanity lacked remote control and could not be turned off without turning off fuse switch in the closet. Closet light motion sensor misprogrammed and light remained on for 30 minutes after any motion in the room. Again required fully turning off power in the room. Required lengthy involvement of maintenance crew the next day to resolve all of this.
