My property is located near the Bodensee (about 9 km) and near the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre (about 7.5 kilometers). My apartment is about 55 square meters + a ca. 12 square meters large terrace. The apartment is located approximately half in the basement, which relates to the bedroom and the bathroom.
