It was annoying that booking through you guys they charge me a $50 fee that won’t be refunded to my account for 3 to 5 business days. I didn’t have the extra $50 to not be in my account as I am traveling so that was an unexpected surprise.

Check-in was quick. However the cable tv went out early evening and wasn’t available for the night. The windows in the lobby look like they haven’t been cleaned for months and was especially noticeable when the morning sun was shining in. If you get a room facing 17th street be prepared for a lot of street noise from traffic throughout the night.

Property is fairly new. Room wasn't real clean. In the evenings only one lady on duty. She was having a bad day and that was evident from her curtness. Biggest negative is the proximity to two major roads, with cars and motorcycles drag racing until after midnight.
