This hotel has only been open a year and the king bed was awful! Indented about 3-5”. Shouldn’t be that way for a newer hotel. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. You can hear guests dogs barking at times in their rooms

The Riding Academy Hotel is an easy walk to the arenas and the Equestrian Hotel. We were more than pleased with our experience at the World Equestrian Center. I give it 5 stars .

I am not a fan of the pet friendly environment. Way too many dogs . Our shower would not drain and I am guessing someone washed their dog in the shower and plugged it . I think they will ruin this place

I called the hotel prior to our visit to request a cot and they said they’d have a cot available, when I arrived at the property I requested a cot again and they said they’d have it in the room when we got back from my daughters volleyball game. When we got back there was no cot and they informed us they were sold out. The only option they had were extra blankets and pillows so we had to make a makeshift bed for my teenage daughter on the floor. The next day they moved our room but that was also a hassle to have to move everything again for one night. Plus the gentleman who helped us was not friendly or accommodating. He just pretty much told us tough crap.

The hotel was so beautiful. The rooms were impeccable and spacious. Everything seemed brand new. We did have a small issue during check in, but the staff immediately addressed it and made it right. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.

Hotel is very good, but not like The Equestrian, as it is more modest and lack a restaurant option. Otherwise, we had a very good stay, as facilities were clean and staff was very helpful! All consider, it is an excellent choice too.

The property is amazing and clean. A great location with golf cart shuttle just perfect. However, the staff (front desk) is terrible especially one of the supervisors was just awful and rude.

We had a lot of issues changing our reservation from a three night to a two night even though we are within the contracted time allowance to make changes. I spent several hours on the phone and 4 days with Expedia support and the riding Academy before I could get it straightened out. It was very frustrating.
