This is one of the original bungalows of Ocean Beach: a classic, historic beach cottage. Built ~1910, then updated to add the huge deck, the loft bedroom, and the enclosed front porch. Many areas have been recently renovated, including the open kitchen, the downstairs master bedroom, and the individual AC/heating units for each room.

Just a 1-minute walk to the beach at the end of the street and far from the hubbub of Ocean Beach's nightlife. The house has been in the same family for 50+ years and is well loved. We hope you will appreciate our home and enjoy the magic as well.
