Master BR has queen bed set with private bath, access to bay view balcony, BR 2 has 1 double bed and 1 single in a bunk arrangement, 2nd full bath with walk-in shower is in hallway. You will enjoy this nicely refinished condo with water views from every window! Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and rise to bright sun shining in the windows. Located next to 131st St it is convenient to a shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants. 2 parking spaces with elevator access. Includes Free WiFi.

More about the Condo: This top floor condo has balconies on both the ocean side and bay-side, with a table and chairs ocean front. The unit has 3 TV's, 1xDVD's, Digital Cable with On Demand, Blu-ray player in the living room connects to Netflix Account, Pandora. High Speed Wireless-N Internet at no charge. A fully equipped kitchen has all you need to eat-in, with up-sized refrigerator freezer, Large bottom freezer allows plenty of room for your frozen food items. Flat top stove, dishwasher, in ceiling lighting with ceramic tile compete the kitchen renovation.the unit has a toaster/oven/air fryer.
The rest of the condo was renovated recently with paint and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The central AC unit as well as washer/dryer were updated. This means you should have a trouble-free stay in this lovely ocean front condo. Please come and enjoy our unit! The weeks fill up quickly.

What to do in Ocean City MD: Ocean City has many amenities including the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, numerous miniature golf locations, and the famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes on the boardwalk before 10am in summer season, and all-day Sept-May. It is a famous deep sea fishing location with the featured White Marlin contest each August. There are numerous excellent golf courses that can be accessed. A great spot for a 3–4-day golf weekend in the spring! Boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, diving trips are all available. Restaurants, movies, public parks round out the options. The Delaware Outlets are in Rehoboth Beach area with its boardwalk, about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway. Delaware has no sales tax, so it is a nice way to buy at good prices sales tax free. Also a nice outing is to go the the Assateague Island parks. There you can use the beach or look at the wild ponies.

Great location. Top floor. Very comfortable and quiet. Great views from balconies, especially one directly on beach. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Had everything I needed to get started. Easy check-in and out. Perfect winter getaway spot - quiet, very few people, and still close to restaurants and everything.

The location, view, parking, and proximity to the beach were more than ideal... they were perfect. Easy to get in and out, and walking to the beach only took a minute, literally. For those reasons, the space was fantastic. We did find that the floor had pet hair on it so it may not have been cleaned well. We also had to provide much of our own stuff that we normally find in other VRBOs, like garbage bags, toilet paper, and tissues. We also found that while everything was in decent shape, things were old and worn like the mattresses in the second bedroom and the sliding door. Overall, we had a nice visit and loved being on the beach. The owner was very communicative leading up to the visit.

2024 Family vacation

Decent condo

Overall the condo was good. Parking in the garage is impossible if you have a larger vehicle. The sliding door doesn’t lock (they provide a wooden rod to block the door) which is a safety concern. View and location was perfect.

Great place for my husband and I to stay in while having our floors re done. Beautiful view and nice decor. The tv was great that we could stream our favorite shows and free wifi. Loved having a parking spot too. One negative, we had to re wash dishes before using them. A lot were put away dirty.

Serene beach stay with wild views!

Fall at the beach did not disappoint. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had an initial scare on arrival when our truck was too tall to fit in the ground level reserved parking area. Because it was off-season, we were able to find free street parking just outside the building. In summer, that would have been a deal breaker. We appreciated the full sized refrigerator and the washer/dryer as well as having 3 balcony areas. Photos online represented the property well. We woke to gorgeous sunrises, sipping our coffee from the balcony. We wandered and hiked the beach, soaked up sun all day then cooked dinner in the full kitchen and ate again overlooking the ocean. Each day we witnessed whales and dolphins breaching and gliding past us just off the beach. The last night a seal bobbed past. We enjoyed ocean city and this well-situated condo. We were steps from the beach and a short drive from the boardwalk, shops and groceries, and state parks.

Clean, great view from every room, right on the beach. Management was wonderful and always responded back quickly. The sofa, hallway rug & some furnitures are due to be replaced. Overall, it was a great property and location.

Special spot on the beach

The hosts were wonderful to work with, very quick to respond & provide updates. The check-in service was great. It was nice to have a code to enter rather than using a key. The view is spectacular and it is the best access to the beach. The mornings down to the beach with our umbrellas and chairs were great since it was a short distance and we were able to enjoy the nightime on the deck while enjoying some much needed relaxing. Everything that we needed was there (and even the linen package was all set up for us). The recent upgrades are beautiful and I can only imagine what the other upgrades will bring to make this even more spectacular. My daughter and her friend had the bunkbed room and it was perfect size. They were lucky enough to have a deck with seating to be able to sit outside which was spectacular when we got to see the lightening during a distant storm. Our room had a small balcony and we had one chair from the room to sit outside but it was fine since the sunset views were great to see. Only downside we had was in regards to parking. If anyone has a larger vehicle /truck (and if they are doing two vehicles) advise the parking lot is above and that the bigger vehicle stay in the covered area /on-the-road parking and the smaller in the uncovered spot (the second car in our group was larger and ended up with some damage trying to fit in the spot). When we arrived the house was not clean at all. There had clearly been a dog at the house as there was hair and dried dog food pieces in the carpet. We immediately called the property management company and the woman we spoke to was incredibly apologetic and said she would call the cleaning company. She then called us back and said they were running behind due to being short staffed but would be coming to clean. We had already brought our things in with us but decided to go to the beach so the cleaning company could come by to at least vacuum and clean the bathrooms. When we returned we found that they had still not arrived. When we called the office again we were refunded the cleaning fee and again the person we spoke to even offered to come and clean herself. At this point we just used the vacuum that was in the house to clean up the hair and sand, then wiped things down with some wipes. Overall we had a great time as the location is really perfect. We most likely wouldn’t be back to stay until our daughter is older because we didn’t realize there was no tub, and we were concerned with the gaps on the rails of the balcony. Some minor improvements would make this place even better, such as the outlets need to be fixed as our chargers would just fall out in the main bedroom and more places to hang towels. Beds are very comfy though and AC is awesome. Property management is wonderful with any of your concerns!

Great place for a vacation

We loved the place. Our door lock broke after staying a day but was fixed immediately. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony looking at the Ocean. Place was great and the vacation would have been excellent if we didn’t have to leave two days early because I was admitted to the hospital. I plan to return next year.
