The property is in the heart of the action on 94th Street. You are mere steps away from having your toes in the sand, or a quick walk to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Take advantage of the fitness room, laundry facilities and one of the largest outdoor pools and pool deck in Ocean City. Each condo is provided a single parking space and secured entry into the building. Come, relax, and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Very nice unit with great ocean front space and sunset view (at least in August) from side balcony. Master is spacious. 2nd bedroom has two twins but was perfect for two teenagers. Living room was a little awkward in its layout with respect to the TV but not a big issue at the beach. The appliances are newish but having never had an induction range it was a little strange but the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you choose to prepare meals there. One thing to keep in mind when the weather is hot, the AC unit vent located within the ocean facing space is very loud and blows hot air. This can be solved by raising the AC temp in the house while out there though. The 9400 building had just the right balance of amenities for us. Elevators were fast and reliable and all three were working. Parking spaces are a little tight, and not all are undercover. Overall a very good, updated space in a great location.
