Ocean block 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit less than a block to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - the perfect midtown location on 42nd St.! The main level features a large living area, dining table and kitchen with appliances including a blender, Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There's also a main level bedroom with a queen sized bed. The second floor has an additional two bedrooms with the first upstairs bedroom having a queen sized bed and the second upstairs bedroom having two bunk beds, each having a set of twin beds. The living room also offers a queen sleep sofa so this property can sleep and accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. In addition to the three full bathrooms, this unit is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The unit features central A/C, a washer and dryer, complimentary cable TV in the living room and wifi/high-speed internet, so you can stay connected during your vacation. You'll have a large deck where you can relax and take in the sun, along with two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the unit. There is typically additional free street parking nearby as well. This location offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. You're only a few blocks from the convention center and performing arts center and close to the inlet for the many festivals and offseason events the town offers. You'll be walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, mini golf, shopping, etc. It's also a 10 minute walk to a grocery store/deli so you don't need to go very far to have the perfect Ocean City location!
