Ocean and Bay View 2 bedroom top floor condo - steps to the beach and in a PRIME MIDTOWN LOCATION! Enjoy the ocean view AND bay view from the private balcony! The living, dining and kitchen areas are in a large, open area so entertaining and socializing is easy. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. There is a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. This property also has two full bathrooms, high speed internet, wifi, new stainless steel appliances and a new washer and dryer in the condo. Streaming is available on both TVs (no cable) with your login credentials. The living room TV has integrated apps (Roku TV) and the master bedroom has a Comcast streaming device ( sort of like an Apple TV,) which can play the Comcast Peacock app as well as other mainstream apps like Hulu and Netflix. For your vacation, you'll get 2 assigned, covered parking spaces. Please note this is a covered garage so vehicles with luggage racks etc may not fit in garage. This is a top floor, fourth floor condo and there is a secured elevator in the building. Salty Sands is close to it all - many restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse, Alley Oops, Fager's Island, Coconuts and even Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park! Location, location, location!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
