Checked in oven keys with room number but failed to tell us it was a different building and we had to roll cart outside across the parking lot and into other building. No heat first night, temp 60 degrees & fan only blew out cold air. Plus the room phone did not work. Next morning reported issue of heat to front desk. That evening came back to room and temp was 62 degrees and still blowing cold air. Went & reported again to front desk & clerk was pretty aggravated but did get it fixed for our second night. The pub/bar was hopping and there was very limited parking. 2/3 of cars had no parking passes. Guests had to display parking passes WHY? Will not return.

This was our second time staying at the Bayside location. Nice staff and clean rooms. Having an Irish pub in the lobby is fantastic! Great stay.

I was very impressed, the room was spacious, the view was spectacular. We walked to dumser ice-cream, close to 90 so it was easy to get to the casino.

We stayed there during the Oceans Calling event for one night. Check in was 4pm but I was able to check in around 2pm and drop our bags and go to the festival. Front desk staff was super nice and the place was clean. My only issue was when we first got there it felt like the whole hotel was just damp. By the next morning that feeling was gone for whatever reason. I wound up leaving a few articles of clothing hanging to dry out, due to the massive rainstorm at the concert, and on my way home they called to let me know I left them there. So that is A+ customer service for me. All in all I give this a 4/5 and I would stay here again
