This property has 3 buildings, only one is on the boardwalk. There are no bathrooms for guests to use from the pool or beach. The building I was in is old . There are no modern things such as Wi-Fi or places to plug in devices unless you bring your own cord with the plug in part. They say there is Wi-Fi but we could not access it at all- the front desk said it must be a town issue( but we could see the WI-FI names of other hotels around us?. )It covers the basics, bed(s), bathroom, small fridge and a microwave. There are no elevators and not really handicapped accessible.

For the most part the staff was friendly. The motel is very dated, with that being said it was very clean. For example, even though there was carpet in the room, the room still smelled good upon entering. The bathroom was a little small but still clean. The pools were well maintained and clean as well. The best part was the location was perfect.

I didn't like the parking. Very crowded. Front staff weren't the friendiest. Pool was a very dark cloudy color we couldnt see the bottom. Small pool always crowd. Room was ok. Close to ocean, boardwalk, and convient. Would stay again just for the convience.

The first room I was in was great. Clean, ocean front with balcony. Wonderful. I paid for that room in full. I had to change rooms because my First room was an added day. That was on me. No problem. The downfall started with my then 5 night stay. I booked my added room with the motel directly. When I spoke with the gentleman, he matched the same room I booked with Expedia. Again oceanfront. Make sure you know what you’re choosing. either ocean front or ocean view. Let me tell ya… Ocean view isn’t a view. it’s to look at the spinakkers (hotel next door) parking lot. The best. I was put in the second room by them because they overbooked my OCEAN FRONT room.WITHOUT INFORMING ME or making me aware. Yes there is a difference in price but I had to ask for a reimbursement. There were no accommodations. Wasn’t moved to what I paid for. Mind you this was booked in march or April…. Next.. my room was cleaned without asking one time. From there on I had to call more than once during the day to have someone come up and give me towels. And lastly. They have a crazy ant problem. I now found myself putting listerine in a spray bottle, terminating the ants because the person who was to come and exterminate them never did. Location of it is wonderful. And the people are genuinely nice. However, they really need to step their game up here. Absolutely unacceptable! I’m From the city. If I wanted to look at parked cars I can look outside my own window.

The room was not as advertised on the website . It was supposed to be a double queen bedroom. We got a double full bedroom. There was supposed to be a stove and table in the room. There was no stove table. The room was supposed to be on the side that the beach is on. It was on the opposite side of the road. They could not find our reservation at first, which is why I believe we didn't get the right room. we brought food with us to cook on the stove, but since there was no stove, all the food went bad so everybody had to spend extra money. They didn't have on eating out because the room was advertised wrong. It was a family trip with four people, and because the room was wrong it inconvenienced the entire trip

Close to beach

Room was very noisy it was across from elevator and beside cafe that is beside pool. People waiting on elevator or waiting to get in cafe and people in the pool made for a noisy stay. Also, ice machine is located across the street, not convenient.

Prob wouldn’t stay here again

You can’t check in until 4 and we had just drove over 6 hours to get there. We tried contacting and calling the motel multiple times to see about checking in earlier. No one answered or ever got back to us. Obviously we were exhausted. We just traveled with a toddler. Never-mind that I was just excited to finally be at the beach for the first time ever. Fast forward we get to our room and they book us on the 3rd floor. No elevator. It was a little annoying climbing up and down and bringing things in and out of our rooms. We get inside and the mustiest smell just smacks you right in the face. Takes your breath away. We checked for bedbugs and thank god we didn’t see any. We stayed 3 nights and paid over $500. A little pricey for the conditions and the outdated room. The tv had discoloration. Also, you have to pay for the breakfast. I’ve never had to pay for any breakfast at any place I’ve stayed. I thought that it was absurd. Overall it was an okay stay. I probably would not stay again. But if you’re going to spend the money I would go elsewhere. It’s just as pricey. The best thing about staying here was the short walk to the beach!
