WATERFRONT 2 BEDROOM CONDO on 22nd St.! Only 2 blocks to the beach, boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean! This bright, updated condo has two sets of sliders in the living room and dining room for easy access to the expanisve balcony so you can enjoy the fantastic water views. Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bayfront outdoor pool! There's plenty of space for entertaining with the open floor plan and large kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen has a peninsula with bar stool seating, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a full sized sleep sofa so the condo sleeps 9 people comfortably. You'll enjoy two Smart TVs (you can log in with your credentials) and there is also cable TV, free high speed internet/wifi, central AC and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. You'll also get one assigned parking spot and access to one more unassigned spot on a first come, first served basis. This condo is in a prime midtown location for the perfect Ocean City vacation! You can walk to Fish Tales, Bahia Marina, The Other One Brewing Co., Cowboy Coast Saloon, Blu Crab House, Dunkin, Mini Golf just to name a few.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $145.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

The property was identical to the listing. Very spacious, clean, and location was perfect. We were in town for the country calling concert at the inlet, the location allows for easy walking distance to many different activities. Could use more pots and pans for people who like to cook in and save money.

Perfect Location to enjoy OCMD

Perfect vacation spot to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, bay, and all things OCMD has to offer. We enjoyed short walks everywhere and will be returning to OCMD real soon.
