The staff was very rude. They said they are 2 years old yet they still have a tiny banner the previous sign. Lots of other neglected aspects. Breakfast was almost non existent and pathetic.

Coratel Inn in Ocean Shores has pleasantly smelling and very clean rooms, good breakfast, professional and friendly staff, also conveniently located close to the beach. I would recommend it to anyone. We will book a room there again.

Room condition was not worth the price

The bed was comfortable, the view was as expected, the room was clean other than the white towels being yellowed, but the condition of the room looked as though they needed to fire whoever was remodeling. The bathtub was painted on the inside and peeling as well as the grab bars inside the shower. The door to the room had to be slammed in order to close and the balcony door could not be locked as it would not close all the way. The outlet at the vanity was not usable. When plugging something in it would just fall out so the coffee pot could not be used. For the price per night I expected better but at least the bed was comfortable.

There breakfast was very good, but we paid $100 more a night for a jacuzzi tub in the room but when we got there the whole floor was flooded w water and all the owner did was put 20 towels down on the floor and tell us they they would send someone to fix tje jacuzzi but no one came to help. And they left towels on tje floor for us to walk on both days we were there. That was nasty. When we told them we couldnt us the tub all weekend they told is we should of used it anyway even if it flooded the floor... and dont worry mam we wont charge you extra for it!! They never tried to make it right or come dry the carpet or anything but put mass towels down the day we got there! Most hotels would have reinbursed the extra charge for a jacuzzi suite at least.. very disappointed w there customer service. We talked to both husband and wife and they both didmt seem to care that they charged for a service they didnt provide. We wont be staying there again unfortunately. They dont show any care for there guests once they get there $$$$

We had to ask for extra coffee and cups. The toilet seat should be replaced. Breakfast foods that should have been hot were hot. There seemed to be issues with the room access and locking hardware. There was a table but only one chair so two people could not sit at the table.

The room seemed clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. Our room had a door into an adjacent room and our door didn’t lock. Our bathroom door looks like it had been chewed on rather extensively. Our dead bolt didn’t lock. Sliding patio door took maneuvering to lock. Towels were very thin. Shower had minimal pressure.

It appears that this hotel is currently under new management. While the reception area is well-maintained and presents a positive first impression, the quality does not extend consistently to the rooms. Our room had a faulty door lock that frequently became stuck, which was inconvenient. The breakfast offerings were minimal and lacked variety. The standout feature of our stay was the swimming pool, which was well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, aside from the pool and reception area, the rest of the experience was fairly average.

Looks like the new owners/staff are doing a great job of cleaning up the place . Rooms could use a bit of a face lift and would be nice to include a pamphlet or brochure in the rooms with Wi-Fi info numbers to contact front office, rules and policies local restaurants ect ..
