This is a kid friendly spot, which is nice. The pool is good sized and the hot tub was nice too. Their "breakfast" was just to-go pastries and coffee and that was it. Outside of that, the staff was friendly. We have stayed 2x now and it's worth it if you have kids who like the pool.

My favorite Ocean Shores Motel

Nice 3rd floor king room facing ocean. Wonderful. Everything was extremely clean. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. This is our go to spot from now on. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard as a rock. Found trash under bed. Hair on the pillow case. Good thing I had my own pillow. I called months in advance and asked if they served breakfast in the morning they said yes. When we got there the don’t serve breakfast. They have packaged danish and Keurig coffee to offer. The pool was so cold. Felt like an ice bath.

Quiet hotel with a nice ocean view and close proximity to the beach. Staff barely spoke English. If breakfast was offered as noted on line, it was not explained to me. I didn't see the breakfast room until the day I left. Elevator was broken. Pop vending machine broken. TV shut itself off continuously. No shampoo provided. Large room but ugly and outdated. Linens old and thread bare. Clean enough that I didn't leave but I will never go back.

I woke up after the first of 2 nights covered in approx 40 bites from the bed. The staff said they don't have any insect problem and my reservation was non-refundable so although we left the first morning before checkout, we were charged for 2 nights. The pool was also ICE cold and the hot tub was 105 so pretty warm especially for families. Breakfast was packaged pastries. Beware of bed bugs

Give front desk a break

Current front desk staff need more support and training. But you are at the ocean ans shouldn't be spending much time in your rooms. Get out and adventure.

Not sure why there were bad reviews on this place! For the price we found it wonderful! Large rooms, beautiful views, great staff, comfortable bed, tons of pillows and great water pressure in shower. Loved having a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Will definitely come again.
