The space
Coastal Cute describes The Fern! This suite is located on the West side of the home. You will love the PRIVATE DECK with lots of greenery in the background.

This suite features a QUEEN SIZED BED with comfy linens and fluffy pillows. A sound machine, alarm clock and clothes steamer are also available in the bedroom.

Light walls, blue hues and rattan décor will make you feel right at home while visiting COASTAL MISSISSIPPI. Curl up on the soft white leather chaise to read a book and maybe grab a quick nap. There is a table where you can sit in the morning to enjoy your coffee or tea and a 42" SMART TV for you to watch all of your favorite Netflix shows. Take a walk or run along FRONT BEACH or the BILOXI BAY BRIDGE and enjoy the view!

The bathroom has a GLASS & TILE SHOWER, pedestal sink, Fluffy oversized towels, shower products and a blow dryer.

Only a block off DOWNTOWN where you will find BOUTIQUE shopping, ART Galleries, RESTAURANTS, BARS & ENTERTAINMENT. Spend the day at FRONT BEACH just 1 mile away then catch the SUNSET later.

Working remotely? The pretty bleached wood DESK is a perfect spot to set up that laptop and login using the high speed internet.

Well behaved Doggies under 20lbs are welcome. A $75 pet fee charged at booking after you select pet. If you forget to add the pet at booking we will add the charge to your booking for you.

A refrigerator with ice in the freezer, microwave, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee mugs, coffee pods, tea bags, creamer, sweetener & bottled water are provided.
Other things to note
The Mockingbird Inn has 5 additional Suites that are available as well. Its a perfect for a group to rent all of the suites when coming to the area for a special events such as weddings, class reunions, golf trip, girls weekends, family reunions, couples retreat, etc. Special rates may be available in these instances.
