There are never more than 8 people allowed on property and that includes visitors and children . No animals or pets. This is for vacations only, no parties, gatherings, celebrations or weddings.

The city offers a fun electric shuttle that will pick you up at your door and take you to any beach or coastal restaurant and then bring you back to the beach house. Just download the Ride Circuit app and select Oceanside.

1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property .

3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.

4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.

5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home.

6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.

7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. The security deposit is placed as a pre-authorization on guest credit card 2 days prior to guest departure and released upon no damages at guest departure. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.

8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an `as is,` `whereas, and with all faults` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (`Representatives`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.

10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.

12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, please do your dishes and take out the trash

13. Pets with pet fee per pet. No pets on furniture or beds or extra fees will apply. Animals must be in a kennel if you leave them in the home alone

14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach.
Since we have a no refunds policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for a variety of protections. Guest agrees to accept the home, contents of the home, beach, sand, rock, ocean and weather in as is condition for the duration of their stay and for the payment amount agreed to at time of booking. Tides change daily as does the condition and appearance of the beach.

15. Owner and their representatives are allowed to access and enter the property at any time for the purposes of repairs, inspections ,complaints and delivery of replacement items. We will make every attempt to notify guests prior to any emergency repair, inspection or replacement.

16. Guest agrees to protect furniture and bedding from damages. You may want to toss a beach towel on the sofas if you think you might stain them.

17. This is a beach community with all the typical nearby activities, close proximity of homes and people. We can not predict or control if there will be noise from nearby. That includes any and all civic, street, tree trimming, gardeners, repairs or construction in the nearby vicinity. Please note, even the waves can sometimes be loud.

18. The home, as is all beach homes, is run off a sump pump. Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets, even items labeled as flushable are NOT, and plumbing will stop working. Food scraps should be placed in trash can and not down the drain.

19. We will take out your trash cans each week.

20. There is a street sweeper the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Rules are different for each side of the street. Tickets are expensive, so pay attention and do not block the street sweeper.

21. No flushable wipes or feminine hygiene products can be placed in toilets. Please use trash cans.


23. No electric car charging onsite. Use of home electricity for car charging is an additional minimum of $500. There are nearby Tesla charging stations

24. Coastal decor shown in photos both inside and outside the home is frequently updated and replaced. We will always keep the same coastal vibe and color scheme as shown. For example, sofa pillows are replaced monthly.

Wonderful Place

We (5 of us) all had a great time. This is the second time we have staying in this location, although time it has been in a different condo. We love being on the second floor overlooking the beach and ocean. The fresh air and views are unbeatable. The place feels like home and has all the amenities to prove it. We don't do any cooking, but have plenty of snack foods and drinks, and everything we needed for those were there. All the appliances we needed were there and in great working conditions. The beds were comfortable and place was clean and well kept. They have a storage area that contains items for the beach and we used the chairs which worked well for us. The location is great, as in about an 8–10-minute walk you are near plenty of restaurants and places to pick up coffee or go to a local bar. The pier is also within that distance and great place to go to see the sunset, if don't want to watch from the deck. You are also close to San Diego and can hop on the train, if you don't want to drive. All-in-all, we had a great time, loved the place, location and look forward to coming back again!

Great place, great time

It's an excellent property in a great location. We had a 2nd floor unit and the balcony is very roomy with plenty of seating and fantastic views. The kitchen is large and well equipped and all the rooms are large. The parade on the strand is very entertaining. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Photos and description were very accurate. 2 parking spaces in underground garage was a huge bonus. Sound of the ocean was so soothing; the water comes almost right up to the condo. Tons of natural light. Plenty of towels for the beach. 3 bathrooms, and 2 queen beds in each guest room. Spacious master. Used for my wedding weekend for my girlfriends and then had hair and makeup done there on the morning of. It was perfect. Very close to restaurants and shops.

Best family vacation - Paradise in Oceanside

We rate this property a 10! This is our 4th time staying at this property in the past 5 years, and we love every minute of it. Our entire family loves staying here. The condo is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the unit is well decorated and well equipped and as close to the ocean as you can get and not get wet. We love sitting on the deck in the morning and night watching the surfers and listening to the waves crash only yards away. The location is perfect and close to everything. Walk to the pier, many restaurants and only 45 minutes to the Padres game. One minor negative note: the management company needs to clean out the unusable kitchen supplies (example there were 4 meat temperate thermometers but none worked), replace the aging bbq that was difficult to cook on and remove the broken beach toys. That being said….We love Oceanside, we love this condo and we will be back again next year.

Disappointed

Hot water issue, we were not able to take hot baths or showers the water was cold. Propane issue twice ran out not able to use barbeque and fireplace. limited use until it ran out both nights. We stayed a couple of years ago bottom floor none of these issues occurred. I feel as much as we pay per night these things should have been checked thoroughly.

Family vacation

The place was perfect for the 5 of us; roomy, well appointed, clean…only problem was our teen said the shower door in his bathroom allowed the shower water to exit under the door to swamp the bathroom floor. None of us checked to see if that was repeatable, and with two other showers, we were fine. It was wonderful to have the ocean view and sounds, an easy walk to the beach, and a real treat to have boogie boards available for all of us to ride the waves with. Thank you!

The oceanfront stay you want!

Our family of 5 loved our time at this Oceanside unit. Spacious and quality space. We had everything needed to make our meals onsite and relax in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Access to the storage locker with beach gear was great - with the ability to load up a wagon for a short 3-5 minute walk to Sandy beach shores. The one-way street between the condo and ocean gave us lots of people watching. Loved the short walk into shops and restaurants. Would come back again!

Perfect Sisters’ Weekend Get Away

Lovely condo on the beach. Very spacious with beautiful view. Wonderful location. Nice walking path between condo and the beach. Would highly recommend. Only criticism would be that it would be nice if there was a folder with information about wifi and operation of the TVs which we were never able to master and also some information about restaurants in the area. All in all a very very beautiful place to stay. Thank you.
