Great spot to stay in Oceanside. Close to walk to many amenities. The pink houses are so cute!! Complimentary coffee, can sit on the porch and watch the waves and surfers. Will gladly come back!!

Disappointed on arrival with an unserviced house. Bed unmade, towels on floor, and trash in rental unit all from previous renter. Notified host with no call back. Had to use ring camera on porch. After three calls on ring door bell, we finally had Jordan answer who was cold and short. We were told we could stay for the night free and sleep there. We stated we didn’t want to sleep on someone’s else’s sheets. Jordan cut my wife off and said ok they would refund us. Our main problem was the host never returned calls and the man who answered ring was annoyed with us and short. The following day I spoke to host who admitted their customer service and communication was wrong and they missed the mark. We understand mistakes happen. In this situation communication and empathy go a long way. We thought the host should have answered call and reached out next day. It took our communication for her to admit they missed the mark. That was appreciated. Just sharing to help others.
