Room with 3 queen beds is spacious. The layout of the room is awkward though. The toilet is on one side of the suite in a separate little bathroom with a shower, but the sink is on the other side of the suite, requiring you to walk through the 2 bedrooms to get to the sink to wash hands after using the toilet. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. New blankets and towels would go far to help improve over all comfort level. It was chilly and blankets were thin and didn’t seem clean. Towels very thin and old.

A very small but comfortable and clean place to stay. Only 5 blocks from the beach but convenient to interstate 5 and freeway 78. Owners kept the place clean and were onsite to help should something arise.

Nice, clean, renovated rooms with big showers. Walls alittle thin for light sleepers but great value & location. The Beachside Cafe is right next door so an easy walk for breakfast or lunch on PCH.

Very clean and quiet even when it is located on a main street. Only complaint was the toilet seat was loose. Staff very friendly and said hello every time they saw us.

My new favorite place to stay when I go to the San Diego area. Clean, quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful. Has everything you need, nearby to everything you need in Oceanside and close to Camp Pendleton, if that’s the purpose of your visit. Love this place. Parking looks like it could be an issue when busy, but I did not have any problems.
