Facility to be upgraded before opening to public

There was no internet for the entire duration of our stay. This severely impacted our ability to stay in touch with loved ones whilst away. There was also no TV for the entire duration of our stay. Absolutely no kind of entertainment nor news on evenings. We didn’t have access to hot water until the 2nd day of our stay. The water from the shower only trickled whilst there was full pressure from the foot tap. We had to resort to using a bucket to get water from the foot tap to toss on ourselves and thus be able to take a shower. The Landlord was full appraised of these conditions and apart from apologizing repeatedly did nothing to address the situation.
Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2023
