I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible. Burbank mgmt people Stole my money and refuse to give it back. Expedia should not be booking with them. I expected a nice Clean bright ocean view condo and was given a dump facing the parking lot. Only good thing is the location and my kids enjoyed the pool. I will never ever stay there again. Don’t waste your money.
