Villa 'Sítio das Rolas - Selão da Eira' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Apart from the removable walls at the transition doors, the three houses can be interconnected, making together a cozy mansion with modern comfort and good conditions for teleworking, for rent exclusively to 14 to 21 people, depending on the type of group.



There are 4-5 double beds, 3-5 single beds, plus 2 double sofa beds and 2 single extra beds. In one of the bedrooms, the beds can be exchanged for 2 bunk beds, making a fantastic room for 3-4 children or young people.



Of the 5 bathrooms, 3 have a shower and bathtub, 2 just a shower. There is a further toilet with an outside washbasin at the foot of the stairs to the "Tower", a living room with a kitchenette on the roof with panoramic views.



In CASA ALECRIM, with the door between the winter garden and the dining room open, 16 people can have meals in two adjoining months, and there is room to put another table next to it. The two spacious kitchens and one kitchenette are all very well equipped.
