We reserved a waterfront view room months a head but instead was given a marina view room and only because I stated what I reserved, however they said they didn't have a waterfront view room available. Isn't that what a reservation is for?! Therefore, they rushed to clean the marina view room and there was still garbage left out on the balcony. Also wasn't too please seeing a big centipede running across the floor!

The staff were extremely rude and careless. We booked the waterfront room but we were given the room facing the road as we were told that’s all that was available. This ruined my birthday experience as the staff was being hostile and rude about the situation. What makes things worse is that they took a $100 deposit that was not returned. I called my bank and bank shows the deposit wasn’t returned. The hotel has stopped picking up calls and are refusing to rectify the situation. The room was also filthy and and we woke up to several bites all over our bodies. We now have a bed bug manifestation after our stay and since getting back home. This is the worst hotel experience of my life, I feel robbed of my $100 deposit and I can’t believe that no one has taken care of the situation.
