Kind welcoming staff!! no bed service lime pool and steam room, sauna, but too many noisy children in the pool. Position good, quiet, cleaned room. Fridge missing for my big bedroom.

Mixed customer service - great receptionist though

Customer service from the female receptionist who checked me in on the 22nd & out on the 23rd was exceptional! She was welcoming, friendly & a great ambassador for the hotel. On the contrary, service from the young barmaid was slapdash: she overflowed both my drinks & the previous customer. When she clearly wasn't doing anything about it, I asked for a napkin to wipe my glass & she reluctantly tore a small piece from a blue paper roll & wiped part of it, leaving me to pick up the still sticky glass. Maybe it's her personal bad attitude but bar staff should be taught the basics of customer care or shouldn't work in a service environment if they don't care about doing the basics of their job properly.

Stayed at your hotel in Swindon. Room was of a good size, clean with a good working area. Food in restaurant was good, not enough choice of steaks though. Paid the special £25.00 meal deal shich I found confusing!

We live local to the hotel and our stay was because our house uninhabitable owing to major electrical work. We have used this hotel many times in the past for office Christmas parties, wedding receptions, dinners but it has clearly become very run down since then. We saw very few staff during our 3 night stay and housekeeping was non existent. One of the car parks was strewn with debris, old chairs, bedding etc. Breakfast was, to say the least, basic and the breakfast room was unstaffed as far as we could tell on all 3 mornings we were there. It appeared that the hotel clientele was mostly tradesmen. We have good memories of this hotel in past years but it has obviously suffered a steep decline. It is not a hotel for a leisure break.

Spacious!

Super spacious room - by far multiple times bigger than other accomodations we stayed at in UK. Safe area and easy access to restaurants etc. But the rooms and facility are very dated. Still a good value.
