They are telling me that I will be charged for an extra guest because 2 were checked off on the website reservation. DESPITE the fact that there was no extra charge when booked, but I chose pay at the hotel. This is very annoying and NOT right that they are charging me for more than the quoted price

We got a 2-queen non-smoking room but when we opened the door we could smell cigarette smoke. There was an ink stain on one of the comforters. The AC is old and points directly at one of the beds and does not give an option to turn the vent away. The bathroom floor looked grimy, and there were only enough towels for one person. The elevator is out of commission, and the concrete pathing is worn also the stairs were very dark in the daytime. Lots of Diesel trucks parked behind the motel so beware of truck noise.

The people working here are very nice. It is a great motel to stop at if you need a quick night’s sleep and be back on I-15. Very quiet the past two times I have stayed.
