In the house: lift. Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 300 m. Grocery, bar 300 m, bus stop "davanti all'ingresso" 2 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 18.3 km, shingle beach 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cannero Riviera 6 km, Verbania 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania. Main road 100 m from the property.
