Room was clean, small bathroom and theres no elevator if you havw a lot of luggage and children. The restaraunt also closes early if you're looking for a hotel with dinner thats something to consider too. The front desk handed us a pass for our car and said "just put this on the dash and you should be fine" and we parked in the piblie parking across the street, during summer this lot is probably full. It is a shortwalk to all the shops which is nice.

Loved the view from our Tidal Suites room of the ogunquit river, the heated floors in the bathroom were quite lovely, and we loved the fireplace. But we found the heat hard to figure out. It was a bit too warm. Overall a lovely little room and we had a great stay :)

Excellent place to stay

Room was clean. Housekeeping checked on us every day of our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The heat broke down but maintenance was there to replace it immediately. All staff was very pleasant.

The room was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The exterior of the hotel, including balconies, stairs, etc. need to be powerwashed and/or updated. The deck furniture should be replaced.
