We were arriving after hours and the staff was very helpful arranging key pickup. The room was very clean. Bathroom very outdated. Very dark in shower. Room as a whole is extremely dark. Location is perfect to visit downtown Ojai which is very quaint. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants.
