On the upper floor there is a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, while on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, since the third bedroom is located outside, located in the garden house, near the upstairs bathroom. There is the possibility of accommodating an additional person on the sofa bed in the living room.
The house is surrounded by several terraces, and one of them also has a barbecue. Also outside there is a private swimming pool and a garden with lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.
The garden has a rear exit to the private parking area.
