Hotel we booked and actually where we stayed were different (within 100m distance though). Room was very small and was not suitable for family stay. They mentioned it's for 4 person stay but good for 2 person only.

- I asked about the facilities in my room through expedia.com but got no response. - The room has a kitchen but no utensils and not enough cups for 4 people. - The balcony door did not seal well and hot air came in. - There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the next room. - The room too small for 4 adults.
