The door leading outside does not have a good seal so a lot of cold air leaks through, and the heater just blew more cold air. There were some stains on the sheets, and I got the opportunity to kill a roach in the bathroom. Plus I had neighbors on both sides who didn’t understand volume control so sleeping was pretty impossible. Staff was nice though.

The cleaning stafff was exceptional. The biggest problem with hotels in this country is the cleanliness and these ladies were absolutely hard working and took pride in their work. I’ve seen 4 star hotels that didn’t come close to this place.
