The cleaning person csme into our room but did not clean or provide clean towels. We had a dirty washcloth on the floor in the bathroom which had been used to wipe up a spill and then to keep the sliding bathroom door from sliding open on its own after closing it. The "cleaning" service folded the dirty washcloth from the floor and put it on top of a clean washcloth on the counter. Seriously. That is disgusting. We also asked in the am for firmer pillows for the bed but none were received by end of day. We called to the front desk and she brought one but couldn't find another for the bed.

Not pleased due to the unavailability of early check in, even after calling and requesting, then our rooms still were not ready even by the standard 3 pm check in. The lobby looked like an airport and ladies were having to bath and get ready in the lobby restrooms for afternoon events.

Good place to stay in this part of Edmond. The breakfast was good, the rooms clean and the first two floors are a tornado shelter ( we had a weather alert when there).
