Rooms are small and the restroom is very small. Parking is a joke. I couldn’t get a straight answer on paid parking. Free parking is available unless it is full. Then you are forced to park in paid lot. Not enough parking for hotel guests. Halls were not clean

Took my kids for spring break and we had an amazing time we'll definitely be back this summer my kids loved it everything went perfect, we arrived around 1pm and was able to check in and was even giving a free upgrade on our room, we originally had the room with 2 queen beds and pull out couch and was upgraded to the 1king bed,2 queen beds and pull out couch with patio this was a great resort overall.

Loved how beautifully it is designed and clean! The staff was super friendly and ready to help!Love that you can bring a bag into the pool area. Did not like that there were No vending machines for drinks… most all shops/stores close by 9. No ice machine on our floor. Not enough chairs for the water park on the first day but they did adjust that by bringing in more by late afternoon. There are always kinks to work out in a new business so they are on the right track!!

This is a new property and some kinks are still getting worked out. We had to go down every day we were there to get are bracelets reactivated because we couldn’t get in our room, and when we tried using our bracelets to pay for food a different name came up. We did not charge to that person but definitely needs correcting. The breakfast buffet had one price, $30.00 for all ages. It’s a waterpark for kids? You would think they had buffet prices for children. But overall this is going to be epic when the outside park opens. It’s beautiful property.

The staff and lifeguards were so friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. If you plan on parking in the parking garage be prepared to pay $25 EACH time you leave the garage. There is a free parking lot in the very back of the property, just expect to walk a long way. The food is good, but very expensive. The kids loved the arcade, but it was very expensive. The waterpark was so fun and clean. Overall, we will be back! The kids had a great time!

Experienced the new park before the prices went up

Lucked out & found great rates for during spring break on hotels.com and stayed here for a couple nights. Parking was nice & easy. Parked for free in row closest to front door possiblly due to booking on days that weren't crowded. Check in was a breeze. Read reviews ahead so was able to be prepared for the $200 incidental charge that was not disclosed while booking. This fee you can use towards food/drink or anything in Waterpark or around hotel, or what you don't use will go back to your card upon check out I was told. Water park was nice, kinda big for it to be indoor. Lazy river was kind of small. Bring water shoes if you have them, other reviews covered this as well. The floors can be slippery in different parts of Waterpark. Reviews weren't lying about the food being expensive, your best deal is to possibly get a large pizza to get more for your buck; though it's still expensive at $26 dollars and two 20oz fountain drinks were $8 and some change. Weird fountain drink dispenser. Icecream,a pint or so was $13 dollars. You can bring food from outside so for dinner one day, I went and picked up from a restaurant that wasnt crazy far. Be careful as our room didn't have a microwave but did have a refrigerator. No vending machines, plan ahead and pack drinks and maybe snacks for your room. Had to go to front desk for bottled water. They need a little convenience store or shop where you can get things like Neosporin, or any essentials. Read reviews and do your research prior.

Perfect getaway!

It was amazing! The room was extremely clean with an extraordinary view. Everything was perfect! The room include water passes and they have plenty of water rides for teens and grown ups. Also, there is lazy river for relaxing. The restaurant named Jack Rabbit on site was delicious.
