Absolutely terrible. I went through three rooms before I decided to not even stay here. The shady couple dismantling their car in the parking lot should have been my cue to go elsewhere, but here's a rundown. First room - no hot water, smelled like smoke, door didn't lock, clothes rack hanging off the wall and dirty! Second room - no hot water, no shower head, no AC. Third room - warmish water, tub/shower full of pubic hair. I will say the individual working the front desk (I was told their name was Atlas) could not have been any nicer in this situation. After the third attempt at a decent room I cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. I expect a full refund for this unsanitary and unsafe hotel.

I love the face lift of the new District Hotel, the staff are very helpful, and let me know to contact them if I had any issues with the room. I was located right across from the Infamous Tramps, the music & busy scene was not a big issue, maybe a fridge to keep my sodas cold. It was a fun experience

Very old and dated hotel. Sheets dont fit the bed, which admittedly is the least of your worries. There is mold everywhere, fixtures are well beyond damaged, and the entire property is crumbling. Money is being invested into the structure on cheap amenities, rather than the necessities. The people were friendly, but the place is gross.

This is a hotel that caters to the LGBT community. I love it but regular travelers should beware. Lots of gay sex goes on here often with the door and windows wide open. I had the time of my life and have never gotten so much good 🐓🐓🐓

District hotel was a lovely stay. The hotel was cozy and the room was comfortable. There was some noise from the bar next door, nothing crazy, but some music played late into Saturday night. If this is a concern, consider requesting a room on the other side. We went to Sunday Gospel at the Boom the next day and it certainly was a religious experience 😇
