This is a old hotel and it looked it. The clerk at the desk had been there almost 24 hours. She was tired and it showed. My first try at a room the key card didn’t work and then she decided to put me down stairs in a different room that card worked most of the time. This room,121, was not cleaned very well. The floor needed to be vacuumed again (gravel) was obvious. Floor had bad stains. The bedding looked clean and the bathroom was ok. We had to get up at 2:30 for a flight and I wasn’t going for a third room. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again.

Liked staying here the last two times I stayed. But unfortunately, this stay, there was no hot water in my room and I couldn't take a shower and was overbooked so, couldn't change rooms. I was refunded part of the charges, but when you are tired and need a shower and some good sleep, it was disappointing....

Poor and unprofessional staff. Had no maid service in the four day stay. Had to go to front desk ask for fresh towels, coffee, and cups. Y9u could not use any side doors to enter the building. Had to use the front entrance no mattrr where your room was located on the property. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in.
