The fridge in the room we just checked out of is definitely leaking as the carpet was all wet in the room. Also, the bathroom in the room when we checked in had someone else's hair in the tub when I went to run my daughter a bath last night, and someone's hand prints were on the far bed headboard looking as it was not wiped in between stays. The pool area also had a lot of slippery spots where somebody didn’t clean up something. We love your hotel and choose it pretty mist every time we come to Calgary with family just it lacked in cleanliness this time it seemed which has never been an issue in the past. Just a few things to bring to the staff's attention, thanks!

Pool was great for any younger child (age 2-13) could use a update to the pool itself was abit limited for older teens and was the old rough surface outdoor pool lining so skinned feet and knees where had. Restaurants on site didn’t seem to be kid friendly but I understand that at a casino venue. Everything else was great. Housekeeping staff was on point and friendly.

Our AC didn’t work and we couldn’t change rooms the night we got there as nothing was available and we didn’t want to unpack and move. No fans were available… no discount on the room was offered nothing. We went and bought fans for the room

Ok, but not perfect.

Stayed 2 nights. Was on the top floor (7th). Overall, it was a good stay. The pool area was very nice (larger than expected). My wife liked the softness of the king bed, I found it a little uncomfortable and it bothered me that it sloped /sagged in to the middle. The only other thing I didn’t like was other people coming back to their rooms from midnight to 2am, and talking noisily in the hallways and waking me up several times each night. People can be so inconsiderate sometimes. But I guess that comes with the territory when you’re beside a casino.
