The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and its own washing machine.



The living and dining area is combined and modernly furnished, with TV, satellite TV, corner sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), air conditioning, coffee table and sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery.



The 24 m² terrace offers sea views, a dining table for 4 people and sun loungers. Separate access, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
